The Cincinnati Area Board of REALTORS® and Cincinnati Bar Association created a joint committee in 1979 to review issues of concern that arise between the two groups.  The Committee identifies resources for information on real estate-related issues, conducts seminars and roundtables, writes articles and monitors the Earnest Money Arbitration program.
